This contract was approved by the 1st Bankruptcy Division of the Changwon District Court (Presiding Judge Ki-poong Kim), which has been managing the industrial complex since its bankruptcy.

 

This was accomplished through an agreement between the bankruptcy trustee (attorney Bong-gyun Kim), who had full authority over the matter, and DreamWorks Inha-dong Co., Ltd.

 

The “Agreement on Designation of the Preferred Negotiator” (hereinafter referred to as the Preferred Negotiator Agreement) has been concluded, whereby DreamWorks Inha-dong Co., Ltd.

 

The right to implement the project has been secured and the qualifications to enter into full-scale implementation procedures have been legally confirmed.

 

 

 

CEO Kang Hoon-dong said, “This contract means that we have been recognized for our preparations for business by studying Galsaman here for the past several years.”

To this end, DreamWorks Inha-dong Co., Ltd. has secured project costs for the purchase of business land, compensation for fishing, and design changes, and will begin construction in April.

 

By establishing a PFV for project implementation, the project is implemented by changing the designation of a project operator that satisfies laws such as the Special Act on Free Economic Zones and Enforcement Decree.

The local economy is revitalized due to the creation of local jobs, the influx of approximately 30,000 people, and increased tax revenue in Hadong-gun, transforming the area from an area at risk of population extinction to an area with a growing population.
